Liberation is a high-intensity 9D Breathwork journey designed to help you release that heavy weight, shed old layers, and reconnect with the inner strength needed to move forward.

Through a powerful combination of deep, conscious mouth breathing, immersive 9D sound, somatic techniques, and targeted coaching, you’ll be guided into an extended period of sustained activation. The experience gives you the time to settle into your body with gentle nasal breathing before stepping into a deep, intense inner world. As the intensity builds, you will explore themes of resilience, survival, self-trust, and breaking free from old protective patterns that no longer serve where you are going. Rather than asking you to simply think differently about your past, this journey creates a raw, physical experience of moving entirely through it.

This experience isn’t about running away from what happened. It’s about using your breath to safely access stored emotion, reclaim your voice, and reconnect with a profound sense of personal agency and power. You may leave feeling deeply unburdened, emotionally liberated, and ready to stop being defined by what came before so you can create clear space for what comes next. Your journey is guided by Victoria Ramirez, a certified yoga teacher and 9D Breathwork facilitator. Victoria’s practice is rooted in a simple truth: 'we cannot guide others down a path we haven't walked ourselves'. Her teaching is born from her own personal journey of healing, pausing, and returning to the body. Through her lived experience, she provides a safe, grounded, and compassionate space for you to breathe, let go, and reconnect with your own true nature.
