Feeling like you need a proper reset? Or maybe you’re ready to take your healing to the next level?

Perhaps you’re just ready to release the stress and heaviness of 2026 before heading into the new year?

Well, this might be just what you need!

Tara and Lauren are joining forces again for a powerful three-hour experience combining two very different but complementary healing practices.

And trust me, this isn’t your average relaxation session!

🎧 So, what’s 9D Breathwork?

Think immersive sound, powerful music, guided coaching and intentional breathing, all coming together to take you on a journey within.

By consciously changing the way you breathe, you can influence your body’s stress response and experience shifts in how you think and feel.

It’s an opportunity to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, challenge old beliefs, process emotions and make space for something new.

🦋 And Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice that works with universal life force energy to encourage balance, relaxation and wellbeing.

While the breathwork takes you on a journey inward, Reiki offers a gentle, calming experience to complement that process.

And it’s not just woo woo… There’s actually some fascinating science behind these practices!

Research shows that intentional breathwork can help reduce stress and anxiety, and improve mental wellbeing.

And Reiki? Clinical studies have found that Reiki can help reduce anxiety and promote relaxation, with some research also reporting measurable changes in heart rate and blood pressure!

So it’s not all crystals and good vibes!

We’ve included some interesting research below for anyone curious about the science.

Whether you’re looking to slow down, reconnect with yourself, explore your healing a little deeper or just experience something different, we’d love you to join us.

“The atmosphere was lovely. I’ve done quite a bit of breathwork and mostly just enjoyed the new experience of the 9D headphones and being asked to scream. I found it relaxing and uplifting. The meditation at the end was a nice way to end the session.”
