WHAT YOU WILL NEED WITH YOU AT HOME:

** Noise Cancelling Headphones are preferred (Over-ear offer the best experience)

*Somewhere comfortable to lie down

*Eye Cover (If you want to block out external stimuli)

*Small Pillow (For your head)

*Yoga Bolster, Cushion or a Pillow (For under your legs if you want extra comfort)

*Blanket (To keep the body warm as some people become cold during breathwork experiences)

PLEASE NOTE:

A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:

· Cardiovascular problems,

· Abnormally high blood pressure,

· Aneurysms,

· Epilepsy and seizures in the past,

· Severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia,

· Bipolar,

· Osteoporosis,

· Recent surgery,

· Glaucoma,

· Currently pregnant,

· Asthma,

· Taking heavy medication,
· Experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or

· You have a mental illness and are not in treatment, or lack adequate support.
