Event description

At times in life, our joy is stripped away from us, This journey helps you to process sorrow, release emotional pain, and move forward with love and acceptance. Using a powerful blend of breathwork, hypnotic affirmations, gudided couching and immersive soundscapes, this session supports you through the natural cycle of grieving, allowing you to fully feel, express and transform your pain.

The session closes with a soothing integration phase, anchoring peace, acceptance and self-compassion deep into your heart. You will leave feeling lighter, supported and deeply connected to the wisdom within you.
