Event description
9D Breathwork
9D Breathwork is a groundbreaking practice that weaves together advanced breathwork techniques with a multi-sensory sound journey. Through conscious connected breathing, participants enter expanded states of awareness, accessing deeper layers of self to invite healing, release, and transformation.
The immersive soundscape, featuring binaural beats, isochronic tones, solfeggio frequencies, and bioacoustic effects, creates a powerful container that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and heightened consciousness. This union of breath and sound activates the body’s natural ability to heal while opening pathways for profound insight and energetic shifts.
What to Expect
Each 9D Breathwork session blends active breathing, guided visualization, and multi-layered sound to create an environment of safety and transformation. Participants are encouraged to welcome emotions, express authentically, and allow the breath to guide them into deeper self-awareness.
Experiences may include accessing past memories and reframing them with compassion, reconnecting with the inner child to rediscover joy and creativity, meeting internal fears with love to invite empowerment, releasing limiting beliefs to experience lightness and freedom, receiving intuitive guidance from higher self or spirit, and sensing physical release as energy and emotions move through the body.
Important Information
9D Breathwork is powerful and may evoke strong emotions or physical sensations. Each participant remains in control of their process and can adjust their breath as needed. To prepare, please arrive with an empty stomach and avoid food or caffeine for 2–3 hours beforehand. If eating is necessary, keep it to a light meal.
This practice is not recommended for individuals with seizure disorders, cardiovascular conditions, severe mental health challenges, pregnancy without prior discussion, or participants under 16. Please consult your healthcare provider if you are unsure.
Authentic expression may emerge through sound, movement, or tears, and all expressions are welcome. If at any point you feel overwhelmed, support will be available. For those seeking a gentler approach, private sessions can be arranged.

Things to Know Before You Arrive
Comfort & What to BringThe Nook is well-equipped with bolsters, blankets, and eye masks for your comfort. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows for deep breathing and ease while sitting or lying on the floor. For integration after a journal for reflections, and any personal grounding items that support you.
Personal ResponsibilityPlease take a moment to check in with yourself and consider whether you feel stable and resourced enough to explore the practices offered at this event. Your well-being is the foundation of your journey.
A Photo- & Video-Free SpaceWe value creating a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. No photos or videos will be captured during this event, as recording can affect the nervous system regulation and sense of safety of the group. We ask that all participants honour this by putting phones and recording devices away upon arrival.
Arrival & TimingPlease aim to arrive between 6:15–6:25pm. Doors will close at 6:35pm sharp to protect the integrity of the container. It truly saddens us to turn people away, yet arriving late disrupts the shared experience. We ask for your understanding and encourage you to allow plenty of time to arrive.
