The inspiration behind this session came from a desire to bridge the gap between the healing potential of altered states and the growing dangers of irresponsible psychedelic use. Too often, seekers enter chemically induced journeys without proper support or integration.
9DMT was created to offer a natural, non-substance-based path to similar depths—one that is both powerful and safe.

This is the first-ever 9D Breathwork session recorded live inside a traditional Temazcal (Sweat Lodge) Ceremony—a deeply sacred ritual space rarely opened to outsiders, let alone microphones. It features live shamanic vocals, channeled chants, and psychoacoustic design intended to emulate the multidimensional experience of DMT—without substances.

This event is open to individuals of all levels, whether you are new to breathwork or have previous experience.

What to Bring:
- wear loose, comfortable clothing. Dress warm in layers.
- a small blanket
- flat pillow and eye mask (or a face cloth folded in half makes a good substitute)
- water bottle
- most importantly, come with an open mind and heart

Olivia Jane - Verified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Coach

Olivia Jane is a trained primary school teacher, graduate of Elementum Coaching Institute as a trauma-informed Coach, Breath Master and 9D Breathwork facilitator, and solo mother to her 2 year old daughter. She is passionate about combining these lenses to create lasting transformation and healing for individuals, couples, and within families and the school environment.

With an array of experience in NLP, Parts Therapy, Somatic Release Techniques, and Neuroscience Based Modalities, and the major life transitions that she’s navigated over the past few years, has created a unique set of skills and tools.

Today she is dedicated to sharing the immense healing and life-upgrading capability of 9D Breathwork, sharing her story and knowledge gained through her solo pregnancy and birth experiences and helping other mums navigate their journey, while also working towards developing breathwork programs for schools.

I am a certified breathwork facilitator, trauma-informed coach, and founder of Self-Made: The Ultimate Men’s Group. I’ve worked with clients 1:1 and facilitated workshops across the North Island, using conscious connected breathing to help people heal, release, and reconnect with themselves. Alongside my partner, I co-create powerful community-based workshops that support embodiment, awareness, and transformation.

Through men’s work, I’ve led weekly groups that empower men to navigate life’s challenges with integrity, accountability, and brotherhood. My mission is to establish grounded, supportive spaces in new regions where individuals and families can grow and feel seen.

With a strong foundation in emotional intelligence and a deep understanding of how trauma lives in the body, I’m able to hold safe, honest, and impactful sessions that people can trust. I bring real-life experience, intuitive leadership, and heart-led facilitation to every room I step into—and I’m committed to serving communities with conviction and compassion

A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:

cardiovascular problems
abnormally high or low blood pressure
aneurysms
epilepsy and seizures in the past
anyone taking heavy medication
severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia
bipolar
osteoporosis
recent surgery
glaucoma
currently pregnant
People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support.
