Event description

ABOUT THE MODULE

This is a 4-hour face to face course covering the essentials needed to digitally optimise your business processes to save time and enhance the management of your ISO(X) standards and other externally audited accreditations like DISP.  It covers an understanding of the digital business process ecosystem, then covers assessing Defence Industry business digitisation needs for SMEs, choosing and integrating digital tools, then discusses how to ensure your digital process management system is suitable for ISO(X), DISP, or other accreditation and third-party accreditation audits.

This is a Foundation level course, covering foundation to intermediate level knowledge of current process digitisation tools, decision making criteria and implementation of best practices to gain or maintain third party accreditation. The course has been designed for a broad mix of roles, from executives to governance professionals and in the Defence Industry.

This program is proudly funded and supported by the Queensland Government.

We are pleased to announce that the course will be available for LIVE streaming via Microsoft Teams, in addition to the in-person session.
