As part of my 360 Emergence Apprenticeship program I'm embarking on this year with Kate Shela and Amber Ryan I need to offer Practice Labs to gain experience in guiding this specific body of work / embodiment journey.

And you're invited to be part of this journey!

During this 75 minute 360 Emergence Practice Lab you'll be guided through the light, playful and intuitive qualities of the Air Element. Together we’ll journey through a terrain of somatic exploration using music and invitational facilitation as a guide to breathe life into our embodiment while expanding our wings to take flight!
