As part of my 360 Emergence Apprenticeship program I'm embarking on this year with Kate Shela and Amber Ryan I need to offer Practice Labs to gain experience in guiding this specific body of work / embodiment journey.

And you're invited to be part of this journey!

During this 75 minute 360 Emergence Practice Lab Journey we'll be moving with the Cancerian Full Moon. Taking inspiration from the Cancer archetype and her connection to the great Womb being a pulsating vortex of life and that is the force behind all creation. Together we’ll journey through a terrain of somatic exploration using music and invitational facilitation as a guide to move and breathe in alignment with this Watery sign to cleanse, clear, heal, sooth and nature ourselves.
