This transformational 2-hour journey will consist of the following:

Opening Ceremony and Intention Setting
Begin your Rebirthing Breathwork journey with a powerful Opening Ceremony and Intention Setting. This sacred time allows you to ground yourself, connect with the group, and set powerful intentions for your breathwork session. You’ll be introduced to the principles and practices of Rebirthing Breathwork, learn the breathing techniques, and explore the diverse experiences that may unfold during your session.

Guided Breathwork Journey
As you move into your Breathwork Journey, you will begin a profound exploration of your inner self. Using conscious connected breathing, you will have the opportunity to delve deep into your subconscious mind. This immersive experience allows for deep emotional release, self-discovery, and transformative healing. During this time, Sunshine will offer intuitive hands-on and hands-off Reiki when needed, helping to clear blockages and enhance your energetic flow.

Integration and Sharing Circle
Conclude your Rebirthing Breathwork session with the Integration and Sharing Circle. This reflective time allows you to process and integrate your experiences while sharing insights and breakthroughs with the group. Connect with others, gain deeper clarity, and celebrate the transformative journey together.

Comfortable, warm clothing

Eye mask (optional)
Something to contribute to the altar space that represents you (e.g. jewelry, a crystal) – you’ll get this back at the end
