Event description

Our August event will bring together the practical and theoretical of change.

Sherri Huckstep is the first CXO (Chief eXperience Officer) at Melbourne’s Royal Women’s Hospital, a role that has responsibility for the experience of staff and patients.

Sherri will share her story of leading a major change initiative at the Women’s. We will use her story as a springboard for an exploration of change in which we consider frameworks, methods, approaches and elements of change in Sherri’s story and in our own experience.

This interactive event will be hosted by long term ODA member, and past president, Glenda Hutchinson who brings her considered facilitation, as well as her experience in leading large culture change programs.
