This is a special presentation for black history month at the Battle Creek Regional History Museum.
The program will be presented by Donna Rickman.
A Celebration of African American Women in Literature will discuss the works of Phillis Wheatly, Sojourner Truth, Frances Ellen Watkins Harper, Zora Neale Hurston, Gwendolyn Brooks, Maya Angelou, Toni Morrison and many more!
The event will begin at 2PM on Saturday, February 24th. Seating is limited. Admission is free, but donations to support the museum are appreciated.
Note: Donna Rickman, who is an author, will have some of her books available, and sign them at this event.
