As the year comes to a close, join us for an evening designed to honour all that you’ve moved through, released, and become.
This women’s-only event is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect, to end the year not in burnout, but in deep reverence for your body, your rhythm, and your journey.

Together, we’ll explore the importance of moving in flow with our natural cycles and how women’s bodies respond differently to stress, cold exposure, and breathwork, a truth often overlooked in studies traditionally centred on men.

The Nights Guide:

🌸 A gentle opening discussion on the wisdom of the menstrual cycle and feminine physiology.
🌬️ Short Guided breathwork techniques to support you when you're in the ice baths and to support your nervous system and open your body to presence.

❄️ Rotational Ice Bath & Sauna Rounds, move intuitively between:

• 2 Ice Baths set at 6°C

• 2 Ice Baths set at 10°C
  Each temperature offering a different level of depth, challenge, and support for your body’s healing process.

  🎶 Closing Sound Healing Journey to integrate and soften.
  🍫 Followed by Cacao & Heartfelt Connection, chats, sharing space, warmth, and reflection together. Finishing about 6.30pm

What to Bring

💧 A drink bottle to stay hydrated
🧘‍♀️ Yoga mat
🩱 Bathers
🧖‍♀️ Towel (for drying off after the ice bath and sauna)
🧣 Blanket or throw to stay warm between rounds and for the sound healing comfort
☕ Your own mug for cacao
🌿 Anything else that helps you feel cosy, grounded, and supported

This is a sacred space for women to reconnect with their essence, celebrate their resilience, evolution of self, and welcome the new year with clarity and intention.

🕊️ Babies in prams (2 and under) are welcome.
Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate, supportive environment.
