Breathwork, Live Music and Meditation

"A community event based around connection, breathwork, spirituality, mindfulness and exploring the gift of community."

We meet every week at Nobbys Beach, Newcastle to connect and sip some warm cacao before embarking on a Conscious breathwork journey designed to help you connect deeper into your physical and emotional body. This will be followed by a soothing guided meditation journey all in an idyllic setting against the background of the beach and some gentle music. This Public Holiday Event will feature live music from Benedict Isaac as well as supporting sound from Michael Dine and Tracey Thompson and a meditation from Claire Allison.

If you have time, after the breathwork and meditation, we take some time to connect with each other and maybe go for a quick swim. Suitable for beginners, people wanting to widen their practice or people just looking for some new connections and community.

We recommend you bring a towel, a cup (for cacao), a blanket to support your comfort, and anything else that may support your experience. This is a donation only event ($10 - $20 recommended for energy exchange) - We accept donations through cash, EFT and Paypal.

This session starts at 6:30am but please come down early to settle in. The breathwork and meditation will finish by 7:30am with Benedict taking over to serenade the beach until 8am.
