Alisa Hall and John Turrisi from WorkUP Queensland, alongside Dr John Chen from Infinite Potential, will share inspiring perspectives and takeaways from the 2025 workforce survey - bringing to light the strengths, challenges and opportunities within our sector.
These insights from the survey provide a vital evidence base to inform the development of our strategic workforce plan for 2026-27.

The WorkUP Workforce Survey data highlights the many strengths of our workforce. It tells a compelling story of a sector powered by a courageous, connected and capable workforce.
This is just the beginning. The launch marks the beginning of workforce planning process. 'A Courageous, Connected and Capable Workforce - Co-creating our Strategic Workforce Plan' regional workshops and focus groups will follow, culminating in a statewide symposium in early 2026. This inclusive process will see the co-creation of the Strategic Workforce Plan for our sector - responding to workforce needs, building capability and capacity, and ultimately supporting meaningful outcomes for service users.
