WorkUP received a positive response to our 2025 Workforce Survey, and we are excited to share the findings with you. Alisa Hall and John Turrisi from WorkUP Queensland, alongside Dr John Chen from Infinite Potential, will share inspiring perspectives and takeaways from the 2025 workforce survey - bringing to light the strengths, challenges and opportunities within our sector. 

These insights from the survey provide a vital evidence base to inform the development of our strategic workforce plan for 2026-27.

The WorkUP Workforce Survey data highlights the many strengths of our workforce. It tells a compelling story of a sector powered by a courageous, connected and capable workforce.

This is just the beginning. The launch marks the beginning of workforce planning process. 'A Courageous, Connected and Capable Workforce - Co-creating our Strategic Workforce Plan' regional workshops and focus groups will follow, culminating in a statewide symposium in early 2026. This inclusive process will see the co-creation of the Strategic Workforce Plan for our sector - responding to workforce needs, building capability and capacity, and ultimately supporting meaningful outcomes for service users.
