A Day in Dorrigo is a one-day nature-based excursion designed to provide international students with an immersive experience exploring some of the most iconic natural attractions along the Waterfall Way.

Aim/s:

This program aims to foster social connection, cultural integration, and wellbeing through shared outdoor activities in a relaxed and scenic environment.

Destinations:

Ebor Falls: Our first stop will be the Ebor Falls, where students will enjoy panoramic views of the upper and lower cascades.

Dorrigo National Park & Rainforest Centre: At this UNESCO World Heritage-listed site, students will walk the elevated Skywalk for stunning views over the Bellinger Valley, followed by a guided rainforest walk to the tranquil Crystal Shower Falls. The walk offers a unique opportunity to experience Australia’s ancient Gondwana rainforests.

Transport to and from all sites
Guided nature walk at Dorrigo
Light refreshments/a picnic lunch

Participant Requirements:

Students are advised to wear sturdy shoes, bring a jacket or raincoat, a hat, a water bottle, and a sense of adventure.
