A divine date with Soul “Mantra, Sound, Reiki and Meditation”

Join Kirstie and Mel for this unique workshop to go deep into the physical and spiritual experience of practices designed to bring us closer to our soul self.

Guided Meditation, the vibration of the crystal bowls, chanting simple mantra and bathing in Reiki energy.

You will be introduced to mantra meditation (chanting simple mantras) accompanied by the bowls. We will begin with a guided meditation to tap into the stillness and the peace within, preparing us for the vibration of the mantra with the bowls to resonate deeply within us.

Mantra is an ancient practice reciting sounds and words that have a profound energetic effect on the body. We will feel these practices and with Kirstie and Mels’ different skill sets you can be sure this be extremely restorative and will touch the magic within.
