An with evening with Carol from Cultured Living learning  about  fermented foods . Have you questions about kombucha or sauerkraut? Fermenting is a great way to preserve food while still keeping it raw and full of nutrients.Take home a kombucha scoby and instructions to make kombucha and sauerkraut.
