About Us

Escape to Better Foundation is a registered charity dedicated to pre-crisis intervention for victims and victim-survivors of domestic violence. Our mission is to build a community of support for thousands of individuals silently suffering from emotional, psychological, financial, physical, and sexual abuse at the hands of their life partners. Too often, these victims remain invisible until a tragedy occurs.

What We Do

On average, it takes women seven attempts to leave an abusive relationship; each return increases the control and monitoring by their abuser. Our goal is to reduce this number by equipping women with practical tools and guidance on how to sustainably escape domestic violence.

One of the greatest barriers to seeking help in escaping an abusive relationship is the need to talk about it. By offering our services and resources online, Escape to Better Foundation provides completely confidential assistance without requiring direct communication. This innovative approach has seen Escape to Better Foundation receive both national and global recognition for our work.

By working together, we can create a safer, more hopeful future for those affected by domestic violence.
