Dr Sophie Scamps MP is the Federal Member of Parliament for Mackellar. She has lived and worked here on the Northern Beaches for 25 years and before becoming an Independent MP, she served the community as a doctor in the Emergency Department of Mona Vale Hospital and practiced as a GP in Narrabeen.
Nic Seton is the CEO of Parents for Climate, bringing 15 years of leadership in advocacy and public campaigns to drive climate action with a movement of parents, carers and grandparents. Based in Sydney, he enjoys exploring nature and playing with his two kids and inspiring partner.
Genevieve Smart is a Creative Director and Fashion Designer with three decades of industry experience. As the co-founder of Ginger & Smart in 2002, she established a globally recognised brand celebrated for its contemporary design and commitment to sustainability. In 2024, Genevieve launched her consultancy, Genevieve Smart Co., specialising in creative leadership and purpose-driven design projects that prioritise innovation, collaboration, and impact. Most recently she designed the unform for Jetstar designing in circularity for the first time in an airline uniform.
Genevieve sits on the advisory board of Sydney Womens Fund, Atelier Art Gallery of NSW, Parents for Climate and the Design Studio Fashion Design College. Genevieve is the Co- author of the book ‘The Lost Art of Being Human’.
