Event description

Join an inspiring tour of an urban micro farmĀ Inner City Permaculture run by Mark UdovitchĀ (@plantbasedmale)Ā and learn how heā€™s been able to grow a bounty of fruit and vegetables right from his own backyard.

Mark has successfully created a thriving 250 square metre garden recognised by the likes of ABCā€™s Gardening Australia andĀ Humans Who Grow Food. He keeps chickens and honey bees and has grown over 50 varieties of fruit, vegetables, herbs and rhizomes including garlic, pumpkins, ginger, turmeric, madagascar beans, carrots, citrus, leafy greens, bananas and more!Ā

In this tour heā€™ll showcase permaculture principles in action, share the benefits of urban homesteading, and inspire you to get growing ā€” no matter the size of your growing space. Mark is a self-taught gardener and is proof that anyone can grow their own produce!

Start the weekend with an inspiring morning with Mark and witness firsthand how you canĀ transform an urban space into one that yields fresh, organic produce. Mark will also have a few tasty surprises for his guests!
