The Caring Touch | Guided Selfcare Practice is designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through nurturing touch and mindful presence. With time and consistent repetition, it can help you regulate in moments of stress, become more aware of your body and what it needs, ease tension, and gently guide you back to the present moment.

Your ticket includes ongoing online access, so you can revisit this guided selfcare practice whenever you need it—whether that’s after a long day, during a stressful period, or as part of your regular selfcare ritual.

I hope the guided selfcare practice is helpful to you. Please get in touch if you have any questions, share your experiences and above all, enjoy practising.

If you find this resource helpful, please feel free to share the Humanitix link: https://events.humanitix.com/a-guided-selfcare-practice or make a donation to support the Caring Touch Project and help bring the knowledge of safe, caring touch back to our communities. Every purchase and donation helps fund the Caring Touch program.
