The day after just got a whole lot better.
The Rookies bring their unique take on Melbourne 'pub jazz' to the beer garden with two sets kicking off at 1pm and entry is free!
On the grill, Brendan Anderson, head chef at the acclaimed Victoria Hotel, Rutherglen, will be showcasing his refined, produce-driven cooking in Beechworth for the first time. Formerly head chef at St Kilda’s iconic Stokehouse, Brendan made the tree change to North East Victoria, where he champions local ingredients and a passion for cooking over fire. Expect top-notch flavours as he works the coals in the beer garden for your dining pleasure.
