Sound Bath: Give your brain a soothing massage through the vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments. Each bowl targets different chakras with its unique frequencies.
Meditation: Experience a guided meditation to embrace and nurture your inner child.
Wisdom Circle: In this circle, you’ll have the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and learn from the collective wisdom of the group, while also expressing your own inner insights.
