AI for Beginners Practical AI Skills for Beginners to use in Everyday Life

Curious about AI but not sure where to start?

This hands-on workshop provides a simple introduction to Artificial Intelligence and how it can be used in everyday life.

Participants will:

• Gain a clear understanding of what AI is and how it works

• Learn how to use AI apps safely and confidently

• Discover practical ways AI can save time and effort

• Use AI to write emails, plan holidays, research hobbies and organise information

• Learn effective prompts to get better results

• Build confidence using new technology in a supportive environment

• Explore how AI can assist with learning, creativity and staying connected

Ideal for beginners with little or no experience using AI.

If possible, please bring a device (such as a phone, tablet or laptop) and download the FREE ChatGPT App before the session. These devices will be used for demonstrations in class.
