Lucio Galletto OAM had a long and storied 38-year career at the much-loved (& missed) Sydney restaurant Lucio’s before recently retiring to enjoy more time with his family.
The Royal Richmond Hotel is delighted to host Lucio as part of our 'Culinary Icons' series.
Join us for Saturday lunch with a menu inspired by Lucio’s culinary heritage from his home region of Liguria located on Italy’s sun drenched ‘Riviera’.
Lucio will share the floor with acclaimed author and journalist David Dale who will entertain us with his famed Ligurian Trivia and divulge Lucio’s favourite anecdotes from the years spent at the helm of one of the country’s favourite Italian restaurants.
This event wraps up the series for 2022...stay tuned for more guest chefs, restaurateurs and industry icons in 2023….all are eager to come to The Hawkesbury to share their love of food, wine
and hospitality.
