A Little Piece of Me
Description
A Little Piece of Me is a relaxed art therapy social gathering for mums, dads and their little ones to slow down, create and connect.
Through a gently guided collage experience, parents are invited to explore identity, creativity and the many changes that come with parenthood, while little ones are free to play nearby.
There is no pressure to make anything perfect or even finish your artwork. Come as you are, enjoy a cuppa, meet other parents and take a little time to reconnect with the person you are alongside being a parent.
No art experience is needed. All collage materials are provided, and babies and little ones are warmly welcome.

Photography & Documentation Notice
Please note that this workshop will be documented through photography and short video recordings for Art Tearapy's promotional, educational and social media purposes. As children will be present, we take privacy and consent seriously. Parents and caregivers will be asked for consent before identifiable images of themselves or their children are used. You are very welcome to attend without being photographed or filmed. Please let the facilitator know if you would prefer not to be included.
