A Love Supreme presents Marcellus Pittman & Lauren Hansom BYO Warehouse Party

Have you been to an ‘A Love Supreme' party? Have you been to a warehouse party? We decided to mash the two together and bring you an ALS warehouse experience. It’s been a long time coming and with some heavy hitters on board we think this one will be a doozy.

It’s been hot a minute but we're bringing a couple of our favourites to town, Marcellus Pittman and Lauren Hansom! We are beyond pumped to share this party with you. 

Marcellus Pittman

Pittman is a bona fide original. If you’ve witnessed him before you get the sentiment. As one quarter of the colossal ‘Three Chairs’ crew he is a true veteran and has collaborated with virtually everyone worth their salt in contemporary Detroit.

First coming to prominence with a handful of Theo Parrish co-productions on the ‘Sound Signature’ label he began leaving his imprint on the Detroit’s legendary scene. Further releases on FXHE and his own Unirhythm label quickly became modern classics and further cemented his virtuous reputation. His productions are deeply considered and every sound and silence essential. If you ask virtually any punter that has been to a party helmed by Marcellus Pittman they will tell you it is nothing short of incredible. He meticulously mixes vinyl with the prodigious ability to make little-known cuts feel like celebrated classics. Pittman is a DJ that will leave a long lasting impression on your soul for years to come. He takes you there and brings you all the way back.

Lauren Hansom

Versatile, deep and well versed, Lauren Hansom is all class. From slow groover, emotive melodies to high energy percussive bliss, she guides you through curves and loops as you two step your way into countless sizzling deep cuts.

The boundless selector cut her teeth on FBi Radio’s long standing show “Spin The Bottle” alongside Johnny Lieu. Since her departure, Lauren has graced the airwaves on NTS Radio and Red Light Radio as well as broadcasting live for Resident Advisor’s selector series at Brilliant Corners in London. When Lauren isn’t in the booth commanding the airwaves or the dancefloor, she helps craft handmade rotary mixers alongside Mehdi El-Aquil for Condesa.

Did we mention she can take you anywhere? On the 1’s and 2’s she weaves her way seamlessly through a myriad of aural goodness. A professional mood merchant, she gets you shuffling those feet and  to jazz, soft pop, balearics and soul or throwing down dance floor burners from electro and boogie to acid, industrial, new wave and 80s-90s house. Priding herself on her oddball under appreciated records, Lauren will help you burn a hole in the dance floor on any given night. For real, this journey is a goodie.
