A national charity established in 1975 with many years’ experience working with organisations in the UK and overseas, to release the potential of their teams and individuals. Their mission, to 'help you to help others', speaks of their commitment in supporting charities and other organisations whose work contributes to achieving positive social change.

In our wonderful, creative, impactful sector, everything is changing … so it’s business as usual. However, within our organisations, ‘usual leadership’ is not going to cut it when it comes to managing the ups and downs and pleasure and pains of change. How do you raise your game?

Why come?

Whether change is planned or unplanned, it can mean low morale, restructures or redundancies or significantly different ways of working to deliver services. It is simply not good enough leadership to accept that “these things always cause problems”. As a leader of organisational change you have a responsibility to ensure it is delivered with a sense of urgency and commitment balanced with practical and emotional support to employees.

CEOs, department heads, senior leaders, and Chairs of voluntary sector organisations responsible for delivering or overseeing change within their teams.
