Take the time to journey deep within, whilst being bathed in sound and held with experiential arts therapy.

Release, renew, replenish and breathe new life to fuel the flame.

Upon arrival receicve ceremonial cacao to settle in and be gently guided through the creative process before finishing with soft melodic sounds to complete your meditative journey.
