Join a community of like minded men for a morning that will leave you feeling superhuman 🔥

We'll be starting with a 3-5km run. if you are unable to run due to injury etc, that's fine you can join for the breath and ice at 8:30.

WHAT IS QUANTUM BREATHWORK?

Simply explained, Quantum breathwork is using specific deep breathing techniques to access higher states of consciousness. If you've never tried it then now is your chance to give it a go!

After the breathwork we'll be testing our willpower by jumping in the ice bath!

If you are a man on your own growth journey looking to connect with like minded individuals then this is for you.

We'll meet for the run at murraba street beach entrance. Then kick off the breath at my house across the road (address: UNIT 3,3 Murraba street currumbin)

What’s up legends !

My name is Sam Tucker.

after dropping out of school at an early age and aimlessly drifting through multiple jobs until the age of 25 I finally found a Mentor that showed me a way to get out of the rut that I was in and into a life of purpose and fulfillment.

For the past 6 years I have been deeply immersed in the Area of personal growth and Human potential, Particularly passionate about the power of our imagination and how to use that to develop a deep sense of self confidence, purpose and a focused mind.

I now deliver both online and In person events and programs passing on what I have learnt with the intention of helping the ordinary person like myself discover their deep hidden talents and abilities so they can go on to live a life they are truly in love with while uplifting those around them and working toward cultivating true Self mastery and Self Actualisation.

I like to say I don’t love what I do , I AM what I do, so while I may not have all the answers you can be sure that when you are in my space, so long as you come with the right attitude, you will receive nothing short of 100% devotion into your growth and development.
