A Night of Purpose" - Celebrating Youth Leadership

A Night of Purpose – Celebrating Youth Leadership and Changemakers is an inspiring evening hosted by Diverse Youth NI to honour the creativity, resilience, and impact of young people across Northern Ireland. Taking place on Sunday, 19th October 2025, at the Europa Hotel, Belfast, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, this gathering will bring together youth organisations, community leaders, policymakers, and supporters to recognise the remarkable work being done to strengthen inclusion, leadership, and good relations.

This event is designed to celebrate young changemakers who are shaping safer, fairer, and more connected communities. It will feature a panel discussion with youth leaders on their experiences of activism, leadership, and civic engagement; an interactive workshop exploring practical skills for creating social change; and an awards ceremony recognising exceptional contributions to youth leadership, community safety, and good relations.

Beyond the programme, A Night of Purpose offers a space for reflection, connection, and inspiration. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with organisations, celebrate collective achievements, and share ideas for future collaboration. The evening will also include a buffet dinner and cultural performances led by young people from Diverse Youth NI’s programmes, showcasing the diversity and talent that enrich Northern Ireland’s youth sector.
