Most accessible entry is off Villiers st. Entry is through a concrete driveway and onto an asphalt front area.. There is a door with ramp that leads into the kitchen of the hall. The doorway is standard width (approx 820mm)
After entry instructions
From the kitchen, turn right to enter the hall area, through a standard width doorway (approx 820mm)
Hazards
There is a concertina style door from the handwash area into the women’s toilet. The doorways are standard width - they are not extra width doors There is only one accessible entry and exit into and out of the hall. The door closest to Valencia St has two steps and no rail to get into the back of the hall.
Toilet location
There are two toilets - they are currently labelled ‘Mens’ and ‘Womens’. For our event they will just be labelled ‘Toilet 1 and Toilet 2’ The toilets both have a single grab rail on the wall near the toilet. Toilet 1 (located to the left of the kitchen) has a standard size (approx 820mm) outwards opening door to go into the handwash area and then a standard size outwards opengin door into the toilet Toilet 2 (located to the right side of the kitchen) has a standard size (approx 820mm) outwards opening door to go into the handwash area and then a concertina door that folds to the left and makes the doorway into the toilet less than standard size.
