• I have a Northeast ID. What do I need to do?

  Simply click "Get tickets" and choose your seat for the show. On the night bring your ticket (which is sent as a QR code to your email) as well as your valid Northeast ID and we will scan your ticket and let you in. Nothing could be easier!

• I do not have a valid Northeast ID. What do I need to do?

  Simply click "Get tickets" and choose your seat for the show. The ticket reservation will be free. On the night bring your ticket (which is sent as a QR code to your email) and cash for the ticket. We will take payment at the door and let you in.

• Is there bad language in the show?

  A Night on the Tiles is suitable for audience members aged 13+. There is one incidence of mild profanity in the show. It is brief and non gratuitous.

• Why does the show have a suggested 13+ age rating?

  This production contains occasional mild language, references to sexual relationships and pregnancy, brief romantic kissing, and comic depictions of alcohol consumption. It also includes a brief non-graphic reference to a minor injury and some emotional family themes. 

  There is no nudity, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or disturbing imagery in this show.

• Does everyone need their own reservation?

  Not at all. Simply select the amount of seats you need when you checkout.

  Each patron does need their own seat reserved but multiple seats can be booked on a single reservation.

  This will allow us to ensure everyone who wants to see the show can see the show.

• I've changed my mind and I don't want to see the show anymore. What do I do?

  We understand and hope you can join us for another show in the future here at Northeast.

  You can manage your booking by clicking the link in the email you received and cancelling from there.

  This will allow us to put the seat back in the pool and make it available for someone else.
