Polyamory+ Victoria Discussion Event: Carlton

4th Sunday of the month. We're hosting a Polyamory+ Discussion group for people to come together and sharing and discuss their own personal triumphs, challenges, and difficulties with Polyamory and Non-Monogamy.

Important Information: This event is a facilitated discussion with a defined beginning and end, attendees must attend the Discussion group guidelines at the start to participate in the discussions. We are unable to accept those arriving after the guidelines have been completed.

Arriving more than 15 minutes after the event start time will mean you are unable to join the event.

The event is open to anyone Polyamorous, Ethically Non-Monogamous, Relationship Anarchist, and intentional relationship enthusiasts, whether you've been living this way for 10+ years, or are only starting your journey now.

We are inclusive of the LGBTIQ+ community and welcome individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities. It's a perfect opportunity to share experiences, make new friends, and enjoy meaningful conversations in a welcoming environment.

We, the volunteers at Polyamory+ Victoria, will be there to introduce the principles of our discussion groups, hold space, facilitate the topics and answer any questions you may have. Reach out if you need anything.

Emphasis on Consent

Our event emphasises the importance of consent. What do we mean by “consent”?
Consent is a freely given, reversible, informed, enthusiastic, and specific agreement between all parties involved in an interaction. It's about respecting boundaries and ensuring everyone feels safe and empowered to make their own choices.

Please do note the intent of this event is a discussion group, it is not a dating or hookup event. Our Policy and Expectations are available via our website.

  • We will talk through the principles we follow under the Discussion group guidelines
