A.R. Social/Practice Night [Online]

AUTHENTIC RELATING (A.R.) SOCIAL & PRACTICE EVENING

Our Online A.R. Community Social by flexible donation. Held once a month, on varying days/dates but typically mid-week.

• Facilitated, collaborative, un-pressured, experiential explorations and reflections in pairs and small group. (Typically 6-9 online) 
• For fun, community-building, self-development, and expanding relating skills & confidence.
• A great learning environment, but not a 'class'. It is an interactive A.R. Social all about learning the alchemy of human resonance, and really 'meeting' yourself and others.
• Opportunities to be seen, felt, recognized, understood or accepted in ways that are natural and empowered, but sadly often just not regularly available in our culture.

* NOTE 1: These one-off nights are specifically for people who already attended other events with us. That doesn't mean we don't ever have new people take part, but we would at least need to have a check-in chat with anyone who has not attended before (by Zoom) BEFORE they book in.

* NOTE 2: Zoom link is sent by email shortly before the event, so please register with an email you can access easily (including checking the Spam folder)

People attend for many reasons:

• Just because it feels amazing to really engage with others more deeply and richly in a collaborative and supportive ways.
• To upgrade natural fluency in such things as presence, intuition, boundaries, and relating skills and confidence. (Yes all these can be learned, just like any skills.)
• For deeper insights into the essence of who we truly are. Many folk tell us that A.R. has assisted them to move beyond old patterns, conditioned habits & limitations.
• Our approach is extremely grounded and supportive, and very 'human'. We believe A.R. works best a curious exploration by regular people; not some kind of perfectionist system to be mastered. Empathy and interest are far more important than skill or confidence.
