Breathe deeper, release stagnation, and awaken your natural detox pathways through a mindful blend of Yin stillness and gentle Yang flow.
🫁 With each deep, conscious breath, we’ll soften the connective tissues, open the meridians, and create space for energy to move freely.
🌲 Focus on posture awareness and relieving tension from the spine, neck, and shoulders.
💨 Every exhale becomes a cleansing wave — releasing tension, stagnant emotions, and mental clutter.
🌿 Yin brings stillness; Yang restores vitality — together, they renew clarity, lightness, and inner balance

✨ Open & Soften the Body – Simple somatic movements from toes and feet to hips, shoulders, neck and above.
✨ Nourish the Meridians with Yin Postures – Specially designed Yin poses to open the 12 meridians.
✨ Awaken Yang Energy for Vitality – Gentle yoga flow to strengthen and energize the body.
✨ Deep Relaxation & Balance – Slow down with calming movement and close with a restful 5-minute Savasana.
