Event description

It's 6 classes over 6 weeks on Mondays from 10am - 12pm.  Each week we will cover a different topic as listed below.

Week 1: Thoughts Become Our Words and Actions

  • Explore the power of thoughts and their influence on behavior and self-perception.

  • Learn how internal dialogue shapes our external world.

  • Practice shifting negative thought patterns into empowering beliefs.

  • Activities: Thought journaling, positive affirmations, mindful reflection.

Week 2: Emotions

  • Understand the role emotions play in our day-to-day experiences and identity.

  • Learn to identify, accept, and process emotions without judgment.

  • Tools for emotional regulation and resilience.

  • Activities: Emotional check-ins, expressive writing, guided meditation.

Week 3: Boundaries

  • Learn what boundaries are and why they are essential for self-respect and healthy relationships.

  • Explore different types of boundaries (emotional, physical, energetic).

  • Practice setting and maintaining boundaries with confidence and kindness.

  • Activities: Boundary mapping, boundary reflection worksheet.

Week 4: Self-Compassion

  • Develop a compassionate inner voice and release self-criticism.

  • Discover the difference between self-esteem and self-compassion.

  • Practice forgiveness, grace, and acceptance toward oneself.

  • Activities: Self-compassion meditations, letter to your younger self, loving-kindness practices.

Week 5: Self-Care

  • Reframe self-care as a necessity, not a luxury.

  • Explore holistic self-care practices (mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual).

  • Create a personalized self-care routine that aligns with your lifestyle and values.

  • Activities: Self-care planning, wellness tracker, joyful activity list.

Week 6: Self-Love

  • Integrate all lessons from the course into a cohesive self-love practice.

  • Reflect on growth and celebrate progress.

  • Explore what unconditional self-love looks like in everyday life.

  • Activities: Self-love vision board, final reflection, commitment statement.
