In celebration of WA Beer Week, the Last Drop are putting on a 5-course beer degustation for beer lovers everywhere.
On the night, sit back and enjoy the warmth of the fire in the olde English pub surroundings as their Head Brewer Jan Bruckner talks you through each beer you will be tasting, paired specifically with each dish you will be served.
The beers you’ll enjoy on the night are King Pilsner, Queen Hefeweizen, Knight Dark Ale, Rogue IPA and the Priestess Sour Cherry Ale. All brewed on the premises!
This is truly an experience not to be missed. Jan has been in the brewing game for almost 30 years now and can’t wait to share his expert knowledge with you.

A 5-course set menu degustation paired with five of our boutique beers.
Each course includes –
King Pilsner + Grilled salmon fillet, burnt buttered asparagus, roasted chat potatoes & hollandaise sauce.
Queen Hefeweizen + Pan seared prawn & lemon risotto with goats’ cheese, balsamic, roasted beets & swiss chard.
Knight Dark Ale + Beef & Ale pie with flaky puff pastry in a sea of mushy peas.
Rogue IPA + Fiery fried chicken with mashed potatoes, wilted winter greens & gravy.
