In this deeply restorative session, you’ll experience:

This immersive experience will provide a safe and supportive space for participants to reset their nervous system, release tension, and restore balance. Through breathwork, restorative movement, and shared intention-setting, attendees will leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to step back into their lives with a renewed sense of vitality and calm.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Water
- Journal and pen
- Comfy clothes
- Eye mask/eye pillow or blanket (optional)
- Yoga mats and bolsters are free to use at the studio, so no need to bring your own!

PHOTOGRAPHY:
There may be some discrete and respectful photography or videography during out event. If you wish not to be involved at all, we completely respect this - Just let your hosts know and they will be sure to honour your request.
Contraindications for Breathwork :
-Pregnancy; Severe PTSD; Severe mental health conditions such as bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis, PTSD; Severe or recent panic attacks (within the last 3 months); Currently taking brain altering medications such as anti-depressant, anti-psychotic or anti-anxiety medication; Recent surgeries, serious physical injuries or fractures; Epilepsy or any history at all of seizures; History or diagnosis of aneurysms; Epilepsy; Cardiovascular or Cardiac (heart) conditions or diseases (for example: high blood pressure, heart attack or heart disease); Asthma; Glaucoma or Retinal issues; Recent hospitalisation for mental health or psychiatric conditions (within the last 3 years).
