Somatic dance is a dance journey of free-flow and facilitated movement by the rhythm of music and voices

We tune into the body and we start to become aware and connect with the sensations

It is an invitation to cultivate inner exploration to go beneath the layers of the mind we release any right or wrong way to dance. This is the creation of your own movement

This is a space to be explored & shared with your friends and also new souls that you don’t know yet!

Connect with others humans while dancing is a real fun way to communicate...

The recipe is simple: No booze, no shoes, great music, and an epic tribe come together to dance. Don't worry about steps or form or how you look, it's not that kind of dance.

About Ceri (Soularliving)

A somatic practitioner, eco-somatic yoga teacher, and embodied ecstatic dance facilitator. She has held many classes, retreats, and workshops in new Zealand and overseas. Leading over 2000+ hours of classes and workshops, and 1000+ hours of training. She has a gift of bringing people into connection with themselves, each other and the earth. Ceri creates safe, grounded, inclusive, and deep spaces.
