The Invitation
Begin your morning by stepping out of your overthinking mind and into a sanctuary built for pure creative liberation. This is not an art class. This is a 2 hour sensory experience designed to help you unlearn the rules of perfectionism, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your untamed creative spark through the profound alchemy of art.
We invite you to shed the pressure of the final product, and fall entirely in love with the process of making marks. Whether you haven’t held a paintbrush since childhood, or you paint every day, this space is held safely for you.
The Journey
Breathe & Ground: We’ll begin in a sacred studio circle with a 15 minute guided meditation and gentle breathwork ritual. This is specifically crafted to sooth your morning stress response, wake up your physical senses, and anchor you entirely into the present moment.
The Intuitive Flow: Moving to your creative station in sacred silence, you will dive into the true alchemy of art. Using an intentionally curated colour palette of rich earth tones and a vibrant, energetic accent colour, you will be guided to paint purely from impulse, physical sensation and feeling. This is your unstructured space to let go, allowing your raw creative life force to emerge on the canvas without judgement.
The Grounded Gallery: We will close the session by laying our wet canvases flat on the floor together, forming a grounded gallery of our shared energy. Surrounded by this collective expression we will hold a gentle, supportive reflection circle to integrate the experience.

Essential Details
Arrival: Please arrive between 9.45am and 9.55am to settle in, grab a botanical refreshment, and find your seat. To protect the collective grounding meditation, our studio doors will close promptly at 10am.
What to wear: We use high quality, professional grade acrylic paints. While we provide aprons and tactile cloths to wipe away mistakes, please wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting paint on.
Preparation: Absolutely no artistic experience is required. Come exactly as you are, ready to breathe, release, and create from the soul.

- What is the best way to get to the studio?
How to Find Us: The studio is a short distance from Abbey Wood Station and Barnehurst Station with plenty of on street parking.
From Abbey Wood Station (Elizabeth Line Hub):
By Train: Take the train from Abbey Wood Station to Barnehurst Station (approx 13 minute journey), then take the 20 minute walk or short taxi to the studio.
By Car/ Uber/ Taxi: We are a 2.5mile drive from Abbey Wood Station (approx 8 - 10 minutes).
From Barnehurst Station: We are a 20 minute walk from Barnehurst Station (Southeastern lines running via Bexleyheath), or a 5 minute uber/taxi ride.
By Bus: The venue is approximately 5 minutes walk from bus stops served by the B12, 301, 401, 422.
By Car & Parking: Free on-street parking is available along the road and the immediate residential side streets. Please be mindful of our neighbours and do not block their driveways.
- What if I am running late?
If you are running please do not stress or panic, contact me through info@manpreetdhenjal.art and let me know ASAP! Please note that this will cut into your studio time and will mean you will not be able to enter until after the meditation.
