When the Sun enters Aquarius, it’s the perfect time to reflect on how we move forward. This guided meditation with sound journey will help you reconnect with your inner calm, release any lingering stress from the past year, and set intentions for the path ahead. Using sound therapy, we’ll create a space for deep relaxation and clarity, so you can ground yourself and focus your energy as the year unfolds.
