A Sound of Being ™ Journey with Dani

Sound Healing is a potent and magical modality, an experience to deeply relax, rejuvenate and balance. A time to be still, to open and receive. Sound can lift spirits and settle the soul; it can bring us back to oneness with ourselves and our universe. Immersing ourselves in this 90 minute journey we weave the power of sound, breathwork, and meditation to bring us to that place of deep nurturing fulfilment, that place of balance and deep deep rest.

***Please reach out if you are pregnant, have active cancer, wear hearing aids or have a terminal or active illness so I can give you alternate positions and adjustments for you to comfortably and safely receive the session, if you have had a fever in the last 24hours please book another session at a future date so you reap the most benefits without to much detoxification process. If you have sound induced epilepsy please avoid this session.

Arriving 10 minutes prior to event to set yourself up

*Dress for comfort and warmth as our body temperatures can drop during sound, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else that will make you super comfortable within our journey, you want to create yourself a little nest.

My Intention, my Sankalpa, is to share all that I love doing and all that I believe in with you all, to share our passions is a gift. My love and passion for yoga, breath, meditation and and sound not only help keep me in good health physically, mentally and emotionally, but they are magic and healing for my soul. I believe we need to fill our cups so that we are giving from cups that are full, healing starts with us, change starts with us.
