Jags, a trained space holder has over five years of experience as a facilitator for sacred spaces. Through conscious breathing and grounding embodiment practices, guiding you into stillness and intentional presence.

Being an Energy Intuitive, a qualified Vaginal Steam Facilitator and a certified Somatic practitioner, my own personal journey started seven years ago!

Two years ago, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and found myself in sister circle. It has been and it still is, medicine for the mind, body and soul. I cannot express enough the magic that pours from these circles.

We are the key and hold all the answers deep within our hearts.
