Let me whisk you away for a luxurious weekend of heart-based practices to connect you back to your inner joy, radiance and vitality. This is the reset you need. Late Spring is the most perfect time to be dancing, moving, meditating, laughing, being bathed in sound, swimming, reading, napping and eating down at Murrah Dream. This incredible property needs no introduction but I'll give you one anyway. Exactly 3 years ago I ran the FIRST EVER retreat down at Murrah dream. My friends Vanessa and Steve had just finished the property (literally the day before!!) and me and a wonderful group of women made our way down the south coast to experience the magic. Since then Steve and Vanessa have worked incredibly hard on the property. Every time I go down, something has been added or made even more magical. 

This eco retreat centre is set on 30 acres of pristine Australian bush, complete with a secluded beach and lagoon, freshwater swimming, lotus flower pond, an ionised infinity pool and spectacular views, eagles flying overhead and the spectacular calls of the black cockatoos.

We will be practicing in the state of the art sound and yoga dome which provides a stunning location for all of our deeply nourishing, activating and restoring sessions. There is a carefully crafted schedule and enough free time to rest deeply. There will also be massages and exquisite food from 'Wild Earth Kitchen'. At sunrise we will chant and meditate on the beach before returning to the yoga shala for practice. Then we will enjoy a sumptuous breakfast, followed by free time to read, nap, walk, sunbathe, swim and connect with other incredible people. There will be an outdoor silent disco, Sound Healing and Savansana and Song, massages throughout the day. Lunch will be eaten out on the deck overlooking the ocean. The afternoon will be an opportunity to connect deeper to the land through elemental workshops and teachings on the Goddesses. After a delicious dinner we will cosy in for the evening with yoga nidra, restorative yoga and yin before drifting into the most peaceful sleep ever. A weekend of this?? Hell yeah!
