On Saturday 6th December, we invite you to join us for our final Sunrise Breath of 2025. A beautiful morning of connection, cacao and mindfulness, as we close this year with intention.

Before the pace of the festive season arrives, take a moment to pause, reflect and breathe. Creating space for clarity and calm, setting you up for the day, and for a strong finish to the year.

Whether you are a seasoned yogi or completely new to mindful practices, this session is designed to welcome EVERYONE.

Our Sunrise Breath Sessions are designed to create space for you to ground and connect with both yourself and the community while experiencing the power of your breath, welcoming the sunrise and priming you for what will be a beautiful day ahead.

You will be guided through a light morning activation breath work session, giving your body the opportunity to receive, while being able to slow and regulate your nervous system. Add in a warm cup of cacao and a stunning sunrise and you’ve got the perfect way to come home to yourself.

LOCATION : Dairy Farmers Hill Lookout, National Arboretum.

Drive all the way up the road passing the main building on your left. Continue driving up until you reach Dairy Farmers Hill Lookout carpark.

Exchange $20.00 + Booking fee - CHILDREN ARE FREE and welcome.

We ask that if you bring children to position yourself towards the back of the group.
