A symphony of flavours orchestrated by Two Hat Chef, Chef Julian Hills, gently accompanied by the next generation of Chinese Winemaking, Mayo is proud to present an evening like no other. Taking place in Navi, one of Melbourne’s most revered restaurants, local terroir and culture is paired with wines and spirits from China in an evening of true cultural exchange.
$380 per head including a bespoke menu designed by Chef Julian Hills and wine pairing from Mayo Group, in addition to a one-of-a-kind welcome cocktail designed by Navi paired with crafted canapes.
