A Taste of Black Gwinnett - Father's Day Edition 2025
Event description
Join the Gwinnett County Black Chamber of Commerce (GCBCC) for "A Taste of Black Gwinnett - Father's Day Edition." We are celebrating Black fathers -- all fathers! Get your ticket and support Black businesses with exceptional Black diaspora food -- African, African American Soul, Jamaican, Haitian -- plus products, services and network with the community in Gwinnett County. This event is open to the public. Family-friendly. Color books and crayon for all youth, as well as a Juneteenth Prize Hunt for youth outside of the venue.

-- Black Gwinnett Magazine - Bi-monthly, print and digital publication distributed to neighborhoods and businesses throughout Gwinnett County.
-- Blackpreneurs.org - Being intentional about “buying Black” and collaborating in Black communities.
-- Camrose Creative Services - Event planning and catering. Soul and Jamaican food.
-- Carl Gilliard Actor's Intensive - Actors training for serious folks.
-- Mary Kay with Renita Seabrook - Independent beauty consultant.
-- Moses-Ragsdale Kitchen - Soul food - Collard Green Gumbo (greens, shrimp, turkey sausage), Rice, Cornbread, and Mama Moses Lemonade.
-- Silany's Restaurant Lakay - Haitan cuisine with authentic small bites and full dinners.
-- Urban Mediamakers Film Festival - Annual international festival for content creators held in October throughout Gwinnett, and FrameForward creative youth summer camp in June in Norcross, GA.
ENTERTAINMENT
A Taste of Black Gwinnett - Father's Day Edition includes ive performances by William Chatman, spoken word artist and author. Live music performance plus a magician! Urban Mediamakers Film Festival ticket prizes, and much more. Spades and Bid Whiz for prizes.
