A Toast To Broadway Wine Pairing Dinner

So many wonderful and memorable moments made by Broadway events deserve a celebration over food and wine. So let's get together and have a TOAST TO BROADWAY!

We will be celebrating Broadway musicals through the decades with a delightfully creative menu and each course will be paired perfectly by our favorite expert, Nichole Ise of Legacy Brands.  Wear a tribute to your favorite Broadway production and you may be the winner of our Best-Dressed-On-Theme prize (optional of course).  It's become a tradition.  Is your favorite, Wicked?  Or maybe you're a Hamilton fan.  Hairspray or Cats present some beguiling possibilities don't you think?  There's other prizes too.  Not to mention really good food and wine!

We're putting the final touches on the menu now - but reservations are already being made so don't delay.   WAIT!  Just in - Here's the line-up:

Appetizer:  Pinto The Woods Dip with Olive-R Twists (Smooth, garlic & herbs white bean dip with olive & garlic bread stick twists)

Soup:  Redhead - a delicious, creamy carrot ginger soup with a kicky personality

Salad:  Watercress for Elephants - Watercress and crisp greens, grapes, peas and onions dressed with a lovely White Wine Vinaigrette 

Entree: Crabaret!  -  Crabcakes with lemon and Sazon Rice and our Roasted Red Pepper aioli

Dessert:  A Chorus Lime Pie with West Side Cherry Cream
